Necklace was beautiful and my mum will love it. I was certainly disappointed with the packaging. As it was such delicate piece of jewellery, I was expecting it to be wrapped a lot better, to ensure it didn’t arrive damaged. It was rattling around in a very thin bag and the box was damaged because it wasn’t wrapped in anything. I paid £4.99 for it to be gift wrapped, it was wrapped upside down, the bow was on wrong and upside down and I had to open the wrapping anyway, because I was worried the necklace inside was damaged. The label was hand written, which I wasn’t expecting, as it was a personal gift, I presumed it would have been typed, as I would have just written this myself. The jewellery itself was stunning and the delivery was fast, but I was very disappointed with the effort to protect the item, as it was reasonably expensive and was for a birthday gift. I appreciated the thank you note, that was a nice touch. Zoe x
