We will normally dispatch your order the same day via Royal Mail or DPD, provided the item is in stock and the order is placed before 2 pm.

Express Delivery (UK only)

If you're in a hurry, we also offer a next-day delivery service. This is guaranteed for the next working day, provided the order is placed before 2 pm. The cost of this is £10.

All Royal Mail deliveries must be signed for and made to a verifiable postcode and physical address: we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military addresses.

Collection from Rococo Jewellery

You can choose to collect your order from one of our stores. Your order can be dispatched to Rococo Jewellery in Marlow or Wokingham for collection.  We will let you know when the order is ready to collect via email or phone.

International Shipping

As per UK orders, all orders are normally dispatched the same day, if the item is in stock and the order is placed before 2pm.

With almost everything on jewellerybyrococo.com available for International Delivery, you can send your order to 130 countries and regions around the world, including North America, Australia, the Middle East and China.

Orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK, dependent on local laws. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.
