You can return items within 28 days of purchase. They need to be returned in their original packaging and proof of purchase and we will be happy to exchange or refund.
Sale items may only be exchanged during the sale period with proof of purchase.

The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our customer care team will contact you.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Please note that the supplied goods must only be examined – comparable with trying them on in a real store. Should the goods be damaged as a result of further use, we reserve the right to demand compensation.
Alternatively, you can return the article to Rococo Jewellery in Wokingham or Marlow to exchange it for another article of your choice. However, you must provide your Online Shop receipt.
